| Deposit Policy ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE BY CALLING THE OFFICE AT: 424-234-6403 Upon approval of Tenant by InVacationRentals.com and payment of RESERVATION DEPOSIT a Contract will be sent to you via email. The Reservation Deposit is required to reserve a property, holds the reservation for the tenant during the 3 day reservation process, does not confirm the reservation, is non-refundable upon signing of Contract, and is deducted from the total rent due. Refundable Damage Deposits vary per property and are refundable less any damage within 14 days of Check-out. All remaining balances will be paid directly to the owner or manager of the property via invacationrentals.com. Method of payments will be listed on the Contracts provided and can be confirmed with your IN representative. When the reservation is made more than 60 days prior to the check-in then most owners require 50% payment of rent to finalize the reservation process. Then the balance plus the refundable damage deposit and fees will be due 60 days prior to check-in. When a reservation is made less than 60 days prior to the check-in then 100% of the balance plus the refundable damage deposit and fees will be due within 3 days of the receipt of the contract to complete the reservation process. ***For further clarification:All balances are due 60 days prior to the check-in or within 3 days of the receipt of the contract if the reservation is made 60 days or less prior to the check-in. |
