It is also one of the best rated surfing beaches in Malibu ,Southern California and the United States! Surfing lessons are given a few minutes away. Amenities include: 2 beach entrances; BBQ on private porch; beach shower with hot and cold controls; outdoor porches off all bedrooms; beach chairs; plush beach towels.

Even though this is not a luxury stay, the home features ceiling fans; skylights; premium mattresses in all bedrooms and cork floors on bottom level for easy access to the beach. The kitchen has granite counters with Viking appliances and a full size Subzero fridge and freezer The dining Room table is custom made and built in to the wall and and seats up to 8. Their are built in bookshelves with small library for your use during your stay, French doors that open to the sea, and amazing beach views from almost every room.

The Master Bedroom has incredible head on beach views, a large queen size, luxurious bed. The Master bathroom shower overlooks the ocean.

The Guest Room has a large queen size bed, built in bookshelves, and a private teak wood porch.

The Beach house has all of the electronics to make your stay more enjoyable. Amenities include: Satellite television with basic cable channels, i DVD player and a DVD library; surround sound with Bose speakers, large plasma TV in the living room; private office area wireless internet access throughout the home;

Cancellation Policy
NOTICE OF CANCELLATION – Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE SENT IN WRITING TO:

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT TO TERMS FOR CANCELLATION. By approving this Agreement, Licensee hereby acknowledges that he or she has read and understands the provisions governing cancellation in the reciept and that Licensee agrees with such provisions. Licensee understands that if Licensee cancels his/her reservation, regardless of the reason, any prepayments by Licensee will be refunded only as provided below:

1. Cancellation 61 Days or more prior Check-in Date: If the Agreement is cancelled by Licensee at least 61 days or more prior to the Check-in Date, Licensee will no longer be charged the second payment. The Licensee will be charged the remainder of the initial payment as a cancellation fee or $250 whichever is greater.

2. Cancellation 60 Days or less prior to Check-in Date: Licensee shall not be entitled to a refund of any money paid in the event of cancellation that occurs 60 days or less before the Check-in Date.

NOTE: For purposes of this provision, the Check-in Date is not included in the calculation of the number of days for giving notice of cancellation.
